I think players who are substitutes shouldn´t lose moral, or at least less than players who don´t play at all. Cause a substitute has the chance to play, even if he won´t. So I think they shouldn´t lose (much) moral!

I agree with you. My player lost one 1 match 20% of moral

I'm 100% sure that you are wrong. A player loses max 5% moral per game.

Perhaps put him on the transfer market then he played a game? (-25% +5%)

But there is something very messed up....no substitutes can be done unless a player is injured...which is totally incorrect
I suggest that a manager can make some substitutes before the match...if for example he wants to lower the decrease in fitnes in some important player....that way the game will be more precise and close to real football

Sorry, I made a mistake. It was 5% not 20%

I think it would add dept to the game... and if it would by possible to manage those substitutes, that would be great...
for example option..:-> leading more than 2 goals in (for example) 45.minute... change taktick from 3-4-3 to 4-3-3 and substitute CM<-CB...
or oposite.. if loosing.. 4-4-2 to 3-4-3 ..
sorry... greatings..... Sjarel,it wouldn't be easy to program I think..

This was a proposal made on the dutch forum as well, and Sjarel answered that it wasn't going to be a change that would be made immediately in the next few seasons. But it might be implemented in the future.
