i think dms should be added (defensive midfielders)and am should also be added (attacking midfielders) as i think it would improve the game to make it more interesting or is this a stupid idea like sweepers

This allready exists. You can give your CM's an individual order and let them play offensive (offensive midfielder) or defensive (defensive midfielder).
