SP CL and SP UEFA

as you all know (at least I hope you know) these cups are created by managers, here's the home page
http://spfifa.opateam.com/ , I think that these cups could be made official, SP CL and SP UEFA has 64 participants,
these games could be played on Saturday and Sunday in this order:
Champions League and UEFA CUP could be played on saturdays and sundays, first 3 weeks are the group stages (home/away) with 4 teams, 1st and 2nd teams in groups qualify for next round, so there are 32 teams left, they play a knock-out tournament with home and away matches, it goes like this
32(4th week)
16(5th week)
8(6th week)
4(7th week)(semi-finals)
2(8th week)(final, only one game in a neutral stadium)
to find out the participants, every country makes a country cup to find out the strongest teams
what do you think?

I think the idea is great,but only if there are SP CL and SP UEFA for each division...otherwise it is useless A-division team to play with a G,F,even E-division.The A team can lose only if it plays with all his reserves...which is really stupid to play a CL Semi-final or final with reserves

SP CL is between teams in A-C divisions and SP UEFA is between D-G teams (there are some exceptions in SP CL)

if this cups will be made official.....the creators must make championships for every country. so the teams who r playing in CL of Uefa must be rightfully selected. not i don't play in this cups because the onlyu money wined are around 25.000 from homegames....
