I think it would be good if player agression would decrease when gaining experience, let's say 4% experience lower the agression of the player by 1, what do you think?

I think it's a good idea to decrease aggression. Although decreasing it with age would be better, because that's what happens IRL

Also, when a player gets experience, they do understand that they cannot be so aggressive. So, IRL, he is also right.

or why dont we have some sort of personal coach or a normal coach to work with a players aggression and each season they are only allowed to work with one or two players and just like when you train a player instead of 5 times a day what about once a day to drop the players aggression down by 1 each time or if you think once a day is too quick what about 2 a week or so to lower their aggression by 1 each time like on a monday and thursday what eva days really and probs gets paid a some a smal sum each time he gets it down by 4 or 5

actually... thats not what always happens IRL... some people get worse as they get older... specially if they come from a worse background.

so it could be like another hidden skill, nobody knows will the player lower his agression, or will he increase it, sounds great to me

Interesting idea.

But what if player has got very low agression already and it will decrease by gaining experience? and if very agressive players will gain even more agression?

at the moment there is something a little bit similar with moral: if it is very low it is not decreasing anymore.
