Ive noticed that if you use IE in training screen maxed skills are in red..
But also noticed that in FF are not..
But in FF when a player is not training (usualy after an injury) the box is in green.. Why dont you make the maxed skill to be shown the same way..
The FF users would be grateful

Opera tabs for me, agreed they are useful but when I need to make use of them I use Opera Quick log in for training and messages IE will do, it's not like using it will brand you a heretic and your computer will be instantly infested with crap.
In the ratings screen they're shown red indeed. In the actual training screen, the aren't. What you can do is click on every player, then you do see the maxed and trainable skills. Or if a lot of players are already fully trained, you take a look at the ratings screen, open the players' details in a popup-box (or you can remember them, when the number is small), and then go to the training screen, where you just have to click on those you know to give another training skill.

There is nothing we could do... But the developers could do something

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools - D. Adams, 2009.
