Income of youth players

The situation of incoming youth players from youth centres is now very unrealistic because of the change which makes your youth players that nationality which your youth coach has. However, the situation before wasn´t good, too. But I understand those managers who want to have such exotic players and so here is my opinion: From all the youth players who are coming there will be 60% nationality of the manager (Czech manager - Czech players, Belgian manager - Belgian players etc.), 25% will be nationality of your youth coach and the rest (15%) will be randomly selected from all of the nationalities. (The percentage mentioned here is used as an example).
The manager will be thrilled who will come, it will be much more realistic.
What do you think ?

I almost like it, except I would change the percentages and instead of randomly from all nationalities I would, as I suggested in another post, let managers "send their scouts" to 5 countries of their choice and then randomize from those 5. So maybe like this, 25% chance same as manager, 25% same as youth coordinator, 50% chance will be randomly picked from a list of 5 countries you submit. If you don't submit your list before the player is generated (there would be an area for this list that you would choose once and then would be there and you can make a change to it if you want to) then it would be random from all countries.

I would not want random nationality!

At least if your club is english and youth co-ord australian then it should be 50/50.

OMG, this can be solved forever with one simple pull down menu on 'Youth centre' page that would allow manager to select nationality of his new players.

No more silly percentages, please...

I think I changed my mind and totally agree. That was my original reaction, the new suggestion is too complex. I have enough of these complicated rules from our government in my real life  . Let's make it clear and transparent. Just choose the nationality of the youth player from a pull down menu :!:

:D I think it is not about the youth cordinator which him come from but the problem is the appear of the youth player which randomly show up and the little chance we got it bro for example each manager is not same in got new youth player for example me just only get one youth player every one season :D

I agree. A lot of people are shouting and argueing about this youth coordinator thing, but I think this rule is clear and simple. Let us not begin with procentual input from own country, etc. That's just way too complicated for the beginners.

In the end, you all want a certain control on what the nationality will be. Well, with the current settings that's very well possible. It just takes firing the co-ordinator, hiring the one you're searching for and train him.
In the past you had to change your own nationality, which was quite confusing after a while.

It's been ages since I've looked on the English part and I had no idea everyone was making this much 'noise' about it. :)

Some time before...I read about Sp : " and SP is another step closer to reality..." but this form of incoming youngsters is bullshi*, absolutely without reality.

A game with 100% reality doesn't exist and shouldn't be nice :!:
