I want to bet everyone would answer yes on these questions, but to really make it happen, you should come up with some realistic small enhancements. Don't speak too general.

I think the transfer market is OK as is. It's easy enough to use, fair for everyone, and the value of players seems to stay pretty consistent.

it should be filtered, most of the players like me doesnt want lots of belgian players anymore, maybe nationality filter would be good, not important but more cool
