But for teams like myself i like to be able to stick my youth players into a situation that they have chance of winning. I play all my young and untrained players in cups for experience but if they lose every game it doesn't help my team.
If you want a Purely H League cup then get to know people and invite them in a private cup. Don't blame the bigger teams for entering cups that are open to everyone.

making private cup and sending invatations takes a lot of time...
modest if you want make your players much more experienced you might make private cup and send an invitations too. is it bad idea ?
i just want to say, that organizers must to have an opportunity to choose : make limitation or not. i thing that there will be many cups without limitation. on the other hand there will be some players which wants to play whit equal level of teams
so, admins, do not be egoists. lowers teams wants to win too...

Just make your cups worth 10 euro. A-C level teams won't enter them because it isn't worth their while.
...and your examples aren't that bad. You can certainly beat a team that is one or two divisions higher than you if everyone is playing youths and backups.

It has been proposed lots of times, and just as many times rejected as well. (A few hundred times in the Dutch part; that's why we made an all-round 'rejected suggestions'-topic)
