Manager's selection
------------------------
1. Manager's selection
a) In main page will be voting, in each country different.
If in vote participates less than 50 percents that country managers, Country's manager will be that man who are in best position of his country

Manager's creation
--------------------------
2. New status should be maked ( like Beta tester, Sheriff...) - National Team Manager.
a)New account created
a.1) Manager's name = Country's name
b) New password sent to the manager

Players Chosing
-----------------------------
3. You should create player's filter Beta version , by this filter manager can choose players of his country.
a)manager picks players himself
b)list of picked players he's sending to admin, then admin makes a team for the manager. 23 players should be picked

Regional Champ.

4.a) This championiship should be playing after the even season ( 2,4,6,8,12,14,18, etc.)
b)1,2,3 steps are making during the season
c) time between season should be increased by one week, so it should be 2 weeks

World Championship
---------------------------
5. a)This championship should be playing after the uneven season (1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15, etc.)
b)1,2,3 steps are making during the season
c)Participating( only teams who played well in regional cup can participate)
1) 2 N.American teams
2) 6 South and Central American teams
3) 5 African teams
4) 4 Asian teams
5) 1 Oceania team
6) 14 European teams

Simulations
---------------------------------
6. Matches can be played at 10 CET simulation, at this time should'nt play all other teams.

7. All SP menu can be the same, bet the icon at the top of League reasults can be a button, whom pushed you can go to SPWC page

It is good idea

It's a great idea Highoctan3 and I voted yes on the pool, but I only have a couple of ideas differing from yours:

- decision of national manager: for every country I think all the users who like to be national team manager can propose himself, and maybe write on the national forum why to vote for him.
If less than 50% of users vote, the national team can go to the best rated manager in the candidates list. This because maybe not everyone in first position for his country can be interested in being national team manager, and so the national manager status can go to a really motivated manager

- allow one national team match every week (maybe on saturday morning), this way national team manager can try players and tactic solutions before "official games" that will be played at the end of every season


But anyway I think that the creation of national teams can be in this moment the best addition for SP

I agree, but there must be some limit... like, for Belgium, Czech, Romania, Netherlands, and all the big countries, there may be over 100 managers applying for the job... There must be a way or method to deal with this problem. Like an independent "sherriff" or something who takes care of this stuff.
So maybe only put the best 5 (volunteering) managers up for the vote. It will give great discussions on the forum

Yes, even better in this way

Great ideas To do a national team games during the season, and vote of volunteering managers
Also admin should do that stamina of players in WC don't decrease so fast, because they will play every day, ot have just a couple of days for a rest

we have to have this it would be amazing im even prepared to pay some extra just to have in mind what one day i could manage my national team its just briliant idea

I comletely agree with this idea. It should also brings some funny situations like that some managers will change their nationality, even if the are patriots, to manage at least some exotic national team.
In this way they have to choose carefully because some countries are now represented by only one team which is often based on players with a different nationality (for example the only one one team from Niger has no nigerian players - and im not sure if anybody has a youth coordinator from Niger ) so it should happens that somebody would choose a nationality with less than 11 players and have to wait one season to change it to more usefull one

Right, but it won't be much fun to manage a team from a super-small country (like, <5 teams) .
They have almost no players, so they can only choose from very few GOOD players. They'll stand no chance at all against the bigger nations

That's right, but SP wants volunteers to give them lists of players, because it's a lot of work. So if you would like to do that.... that would be great

I can do that and everybody can do that, go to FIFA.COM there are a couple of names, then go to that country football asociation site and add some more names
