i been waiting for 5 season..could we have a man of a match under the match report? then there should be a table to see the best man of the division.

1xMoral + 1xFitnes + 3xExp + 1xMain Skill1 + 1xMain Skill2 + 2xPerformance
And maybe the Man of the match could be randomly chosen from the top3 or top5 of the players played in the match..

yes good ideea. I think it raises the moral of a manager if he sees that he's player was the "man of the match".

I'd like to see that. And it is easy to implement too.

Hmm...it sounds strange There will be a lot of ties among players.
Also extra moral points for estimated player makes no sense. Players needs a high moral for a good perfomance, in 99% of cases the best player will have a moral close to 100.
In reality performance oscillates but here is almost constant (usually+/- 2 points), so the man of the match title will go all the time to same players. Really boring

maybe.. 50% on their performance. 20% of the time appear on the match report(for their effort) 30% of making good pass, great goal, great tackles great block and so on? There a way for them to figure out? =/

We could use the following criteria in case of a tie, and give the award to (not necessarily by this order):

1. The player with the least GR, as he was expected to perform worse.
2. The player who played the most minutes.
3. The player who has seen the least cards.
4. The player with most aggressiveness, as he was expected to see more cards.
5. Random, as for by then you could not tell the players apart.

I like the idea. Want to give another criteria:

-What about the scorer of the winnig goal and draw goal.

Would be too difficult to make I think.
I think the best way is to take the seasonperformances of that particular player and get tha average of those numbers. That's not really difficult and can be made quickly!

PS. Almost the same idea was proposed a couple of seasons ago, but as you can see...NOTHING

if it too hard..maybe the best player of the position of the week for the division? then monthly and yearly. Is there any mod?
