tournament invitations

I like to have an opportunity to write my own text when creating private tournament (I dont mind to have it for public also 
). For example each season I organise a tournament for managers who strated to play in H (29th july 2006 and later) and only from Czech, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. After classical invitation I need to send them another message (one by one) what is my tournament about. Instead of this I like to have a possibility to edit invitation message by posting own text below. It should look like this:
Hi,
I am organising a friendly cup tournament (...). I've added you to the list of invited managers. The first interested managers can participate, so don't wait too long!
The subscription fee is € 50.000,00 (soccerproject.com money ).
