let us know that good sistem you talk about.you only came here post an idea and wait for gamemasters to develop your ideas.try to come with developed ideas and the all they have to do( the owners)is to put in practice the idea.with a very good system so managers can't cheat this would be a good ideea.

Fine, let's have a brainstorming session. I'll start:unicool wrote:only good idea and good idea everywere.can you say why is a good idea?
....
+ FOR
- It is a wanted feature
- It will make SP more realistic
- Teams (specially smaller teams who can't afford to purchase players) will spend less money, making them more competitive
- Potential risk of cheating
- Teams will spend less money, helping inflation
- Is it possible?
- Is it feasible?
The loan system could work like an alternate transfer market, with the rulings that already apply (number of transactions per team per year, total number of transactions, etc...), the only differences being that the player would go for free, return after x time and there would be no possibility of the team to extend the loaned player's contract.
In order to force the system to be realistic we could - as said - restrain the best players from a team to go to the loan market, as that would really not make much sense in real life.
Also, we must consider who will play the player's salary.
