can we get a message in game when the rating of a member from the staff is getting lower?that can help us.we have to check the status of the staff weekly to see if one of them don't decline from 100%.make a message and let us know about it.something like:your scout rating has declined and you have to send him to a training....or something like that.

Well you'll always have managers that say: if everything will be easier in SoccerProject a manager doesnt need to spend time in managing his team. There were also propositions concerning the training of players, so that you don't need to scroll down again.
I personally think that it's one of the things that become an automatism after you play SP some time.

That's just my opinion

Also, some managers find it unnecessary to send all staff on course until they become 100% (Really do not know why though...)...

And it will be unfair for them to receive messages every day...

i wanted the message only if the rating drops.you don't receive the message if your scout is at 50% and stay there.when the rating drops from 50% lower you will get a message.the rating will not drop every day.only once at two,or more weeks.
