reporting high sales?

Why the prices, which someone (sheriffs) think are too high should be reported?
1. Sheriffs should have the information about all the sales available, I hope.
2. Additionally, I hope, if sheriff is going to ban someone, then he has better argumentation then someone has not reported his sale, which he thinks is too high.

There are various rumours about sheriffs usage of this rule and based on this I currently report all my sales ... It is really annoying procedure always send mail I sold some player to be sure not to get ban. I bet many players are not doing it, so they are in high risk.

please, could we
1. make some rules, which could more precisely determine which sale should be reported, not to report all sales?
OR
2. cancel this requirement?

There is no need at all to report a high sale, only if it's about a player getting sold for way too much money. I'm sure you know the average player prices very well and you will never get banned for that kind of transfer.

The only time you need to report is if you get a bid which is way too high : for example 6M for a SW with rating 21%.

Just to add on; go on the transfer and see roughly how much you would receive for a player you are going to sell by finding a player with same or similar age and rating if unsure...
