Private Friendly Cup Organisation

Manager "oprescu" asked (on the romanian "Requested Features"-forum) for his proposal to be posted on the Global Forum as well, so here it is:
"When I'm organising a private friendly cup, I have to invite other managers from my contact list.
I'd suggest the implementation of an option, which allows me to invite other managers, who aren't in my contact list, as well. This option could be realised like a an alphabetic search. (Just like the "Manager -> Other manager -> Other manager"-search-feature). I think that this detail is very easy to implement. "
