I think that players in SP must have self-confidence. It must be like moral and increase when player is playing in his position, scoring goals(forwards, midfielders), or not missing goals(goal keepers, defenders) and also when team is winning. Discrease when player is not playing in his position, team is losing, players can't score or keep goals.

And there must be team self-confidence. Increase when teams is winning, team buy good player, player returns from injury. Discrease when sell good player, player retire, team leader gets injury, or team is losing.
