Giving individual orders to the players for aggression

It is very unfortunate that we cannot give an individual order to the players for the level of aggression they should apply in a game. This leads to the setting of the team aggression according to the players having the highest aggression and decreases the whole team's performance dramatically. Here is my suggestion:
1. We should be able to set the individual aggression of a player like soft-normal-hard tackling options in Football Manager.
2. In order to be able to differentiate between an aggressive player and others, the performance of the individual players can depend on how aggressive they play so this would also affect the total performance of the team. In other words, for a player having high aggression, I can decrease his aggression for a particular game, which would in one hand decrease his chances of getting yellow or red cards, but on the other hand decrease his performance in the match.
This idea is like managers telling their aggressive players not to get any cards in the next game in consideration of an upcoming important game. This event most of the time decreases the performance of the player since they do not play in the style they are used to but prevent them getting cards.
I think this would make the game more realistic.
