Kick players out of open tournament

some time ago I joined a tournament which was only for F and G (according to the FrC title). But there was also some manager from division C or B I don't quite remeber. But anyway I think something has to be done about this, bacause this isn't really fair. The manager who is from C has much better players than managers from F and G.
I think there should be some kind of option where you can choose from which division managers can enter the tournament. So you won't have any problems with managers who desparatly want to win a cup and enter a cup which is only for H teams, while they are from D themselfs!!!
I think this should only be in a Open Tournament.
In private tournaments managers can choose themselfs whether they want to join the tournament or not.

This proposition has been suggested a million times before, and the answers remain the same: If you can set this kind of borders, teams from higher divisions would have a much more difficult job finding a friendly cup. If you really don't want high placed teams in your cup, DON'T make an open cup!!
You have the option to make it private..? You need to see an open cup like a private cup where everyone is invited. If you select teams from a list for your private cup, do you complain if teams from that selected list subscribe?
My explanation is rather complicated I believe, but my argument is simple: If you don't want hard teams, make a private cup.

Yeah maybe so, but if you make an open tournament, managers will subscribe much faster than with a private tournament.
And for the high ranked teams can organise cups themselfs so that shouldn't be hard.
But ok, if this has been suggested many times before and nothing has been done about this, then I will agree with it!

Bats1903 subscribes to everything he can, (he's going for a record) so for people like him it wouldn't be nice. Of course, there would still be enough friendly cups to 'survive', but no one likes to be limited.
Perhaps a new system will come in a few seasons, but I guess the system like it is will have to do for now.
