FrC
i think the limit for private FrC should be reduced to 10.000 or 25.000
because there are many teams from higher divisions, with SPFA, that are making FrC, 32 teams tax 50k ...with teams from H.....i think this is a cheating!!!...this should stop!! if they want to make money...let them play corectly with tems just like them
on a strategy game ******* you could not attack another player if you had 3times more points than him. if you had 400, you could not attack a player with 100....or 60.....i think this is a preaty good thing

I suggested that teams from high divisions shouldn´t be able to invite teams from lower divisions. But someone said that this wouldn´t be fair for the high division teams, because there aren´t that many high division teams as there are low division teams.
So now I realise that this wouldn´t be fair indeed. If someone from a high division invites an H team it is up to the manager whether he wants to accept the invitation or not. And after all FrC are not to win money, but to keep your player´ moral high and to make sure that youth gain some experience.
I understand why you want to decrease the fee for high ranked teams, but I don´t think it really is going to help!

Yeah of course. But I mean if you don´t stand a chance of winning the cup, I would still subscribe as long as I can keep my players´ moral high.
The high ranked team probably want to have the money (and some other teams maybe too) but overall I think H teams just subscribe too let of off their players play some matches, don´t you think that?

Yes, but there are plenty of friendly cups with lower fees and more chances of winning. I think the main reason why an H manager would subscribe to a cup with 50,000 fee organized by a team from a higher division is that they are new to the league and don't have a good grasp of all the alternatives yet, or they could be simply bad managers. In either case, this serves to keep the gap between teams from higher and lower divisions, and puts pressure on managers to "cheat" in this way who otherwise may not to because if they don't they are put in a disadvantage. I think a partial solution could be to prevent all H teams from subscribing to any friendly cup with a positive fee. There are many, and would be even more if this change is made, cups with zero fee.

i think you are wrong!! H-managers are very vulnerable....they need protection....at least one season...so they can see some of the "undergound" of the game. new managers don't know about "high moral of all players" or how important are 100k in the begining of the game...they are accepting the inviations because they think its the right thing to do....they don't know that they are helping a greedy and cowardly manager making moneyRed_Army_Squad wrote:I think H teams just subscribe too let of off their players play some matches, don´t you think that?

agree.if the manager has 200k in bank he cannot enter in a 200k cup.Paul_G wrote:No-ones putting a gun to their head. Morale is clearly explained in the rules. Financial rules and bankruptcy is also clearly explained.
Besides, if a guy has 200k in the bank and doesn't realize that entering a cup with a 200k entry fee is a bad idea, well, then he deserves to go bankrupt.

P.S:i'm sure you know that....but the speed is guilty.

or maybe because that managers are fictive managers.some people make a lot of teams and keep the best one.and the rest of it are deleted after 3 weeks.kennyanu wrote:this is why so many managers are quiting SP in the first season

Or maybe because a lot of people quit every online game early on, Soccerproject or not, because they suck, and they can't be bothered to learn the rules or take time on their team. I've signed up for Hattrick twice, and I didn't last a week either time.unicool wrote:or maybe because that managers are fictive managers.some people make a lot of teams and keep the best one.and the rest of it are deleted after 3 weeks.kennyanu wrote:this is why so many managers are quiting SP in the first season![]()

I think that H teams can also play for the money in these cups (32 teams with 50k subscription fee). because it is 1 good team who gets the pot (800k) but there are another 3 teams from H who gain 400 (2nd place) and 200k (3rd and 4th place). so as you said, 100k is a lot of money for H teams, but 400k or 200k is a lot more.
if it would be like you suggested ... i think that should be forbidden also for H teams to subscribe in open cups, to buy players from the market (because they are unexperienced and "vulnerable") and also to forbid them to sell their youngest (another mistake that they make) and so on. so they could not do mistakes any more so they would be perfect so they could not have fun anymore with the game. it's a contest, the best win, I was in H and I survived, also a lot of other managers (good or not so good). how can you make a difference if you put limitations on the mistakes that they made? for me it is a lot bigger mistake to sell your young players in the first month then to lose 50-100k in such cups (after that you are no longer a beginner).
anyway, that's my opinion. i would still love this game if this restriction will be put. but i think we have to make the game more free and more focused on manager skills then to put limitations, fences and so ...

50k or 1 million is nothing in this game for one player
additionally, i believe also for top teams winning those cups it is only pocket money and it is no need to get worried ...
i even wonder you think this is a problem ...
i think cups with fee over 500k maybe could be controlled ... but otherwise, i think this is a part of game which is very good designed

in 3 cups you make 2.4 milion....i think a manager can make more than 3 cups a season.believe also for top teams winning those cups it is only pocket money and it is no need to get worried ...
what about the rest...that are invited in several cups....lets say 4..they are loosing 200k....for a H-team 200k is a playerbecause it is 1 good team who gets the pot (800k) but there are another 3 teams from H who gain 400 (2nd place) and 200k (3rd and 4th place). so as you said, 100k is a lot of money for H teams, but 400k or 200k is a lot more.

i didn't say that. i just said that the enetering fee of the private FrC should be 25k because the teams that are fooling H-teams would have no intrest and they will quit doing it!
in open cups there is not a problem...that is their choice....as a new manager you think is a good thing to enter a FrC....
