Tooptip text on wheather icon

Hi
If it's possible i'd like to have a tooltip text over the weather icon on the match-report-pages. If I want to check out what the weather was, I always have to do rightclick and see the properties (so filename) of the image.
I know it's a very little think, but it would help me quite a lot
