I suggest after a game every manager show when in the match some player can play in the match!

OK! It will be very useful if everyone can mark when in the match some of the players who are substitutions have to play in the match!

oh i think i understand. You mean to arrange which substitutes should come in the game, depending on the score.

If you're winning you would put an extra defender-substitute.

And when you're loosing a forward-substitute would come on.

I think that's what you mean,

Maybe if we implement something. I guess you could give an 'individual order' to your assistant manager, and let him do the subs. when appropriate

I like the idea, but it's quite hard to change tactics and the formation during a game, I also think the simulation times would be way longer. :S

i can work look in soccermanager.com

but you can do it but nly in competitions and cup for ex.
beucause in friendly it isnt neede because these matches arent important. and it would save time
by the way wen it takes longer with the substitutes, who wants to see the math at 5 am. not me
