I have 22000 ( + 10000 in 25 days) seats in my stadium now and 7650(+1250 in 22 days) parking places. Now fans are happy with current parking places but in 25 days they won't be anymore. So I will make my fans unhappy for a while until I put more parking places. It should be an option to stop constructions on stadium seats until you want,until you construct enough parking places. It's like n real life, you can stop constructing your project if you see that some parts are missing.

yes, but I didn't know that I must have 1 parking place for each 3 seats until a few days ago when I read one of your posts about thaT. sTILL , I find it very realistic to pause your seats construction.
