training facilities

should training facilities be introduced into the game?
after all there is a huge difference between man utd and mansfield town's training facilities.
in this order
"park" - using the local park, free to use but not very good.
"non-league" uses local non-league ground for training better than park but still not good. costs a small sum per month..
"simple" a exercise bike, treadmill and one pitch in average condition
""professional" gym membership and access to training pitches
"modern" own gym with 2 pitches steam room etc
"hyper modern" state of the art facility including professional sports therapists.
i also think that apart from the amount of time it takes to train a player, the facilities will affect the amount of fitness a player receives from training in the facilities

great idea gazza 88, training should be done considering traning conditions.

the problem is, for teams in lower divisions it would be hard to upgrade that lot. for top teams it would be easier, thus making it even harder for teams in lower divisions to have their players trained at a good training center and in the long run it would be harder to reach higher leagues. making the strong, stronger and the weak, weaker.
Also, players don't get fitness from training, they re-grow their fitness once a day at 4am sim, depending on their age.
though the game would be a tad more realistic if this was implemented. I don't agree with it.

it s a very good ideea , and i m all for it, if it helps you to get a higher number of fans
i mean, you encreas the fans by building this kind of extras, not only for the players condition, but for their recovery time from injuries, for fans, and for comercials or other comercial use to gain some profit, and teh profit should be the same for everybody as long as they end up spending teh same amount of money
I agree

I agree with the idea however it would increase the gap between the rich teams and the financially poor teams. In order to prevent this I suggest that similar to a youth centre they have heavy maintenance costs.
Also I takes a long time to construct the training facilities and they cost a lot.
All combined to over 10m.

i totaly agree, nice idea, but what they said about rich teams getting better, weak teams getting weaker, ok he is right, but doesnt this problem exists already, i know what it is to climb up, i was champion in the g div, went to f and relegated. now 2 seasons later, i became again champion in g, and now i am one of the last teams in the competitions in f (14th). i am to good for g, but to bad for f. i cant buy better players because of the money and my best players are getting old, lukely i have youth players with 84,84 and 80

Maybe the better your training facilities, the less chance you have at injuries during training , wouldn't that be a nice thing to implement ?
