Playing a game with a team from a lower division should have more effect on team spirit for both teams:
If the team from the higher division wins, draws or loses:
Winning: +1%
Drawing: +.75%
Losing: -3%
If the team from the lower division wins, draws or loses:
Winning: +3%
Drawing: +2%
Losing: 1%

Example:
Team X in division H.1 plays a friendly game or a friendly cup game or cup game with team Z in division G.1.
Team X from division H.1 wins 1/0.
Team X’s teamspirit raises 3%
Team Z’s teamspirit decreases 3%

I know that all the team in higher divisions will say no but think about it... it is more realistic :lol::lol:

I like it.

I usually put my second team when playing friendlies. this will force some to put their top team in friendlies.

So i say no to this, sorry.

Unless we implement this in the cup and league only. Cup mainly, so people would actually go FTW in the cup

Experienced managers play friendly match and friendly cups with their second or third team, where play young or no as good players as are in first team. It is only about players, who play a match, not about whole team.
So I dont like this idea.

when it comes to friendly cups final, experienced managers play the final using their good players...

Not a bad idea, but maybe to complicated to install?
I think team spirit should increase / decrease more for cup games, and also (to a lesser extent) for friendly cup finals.

I think it's a very good idea, very realistic... also prevents better teams to abuse of lower teams
