I think that stadium expanding is not a big problem for everyone. But in real life the bigger stadium the bigger expences. For example the more fans comes to the game, the more mess they leave. So you need a cleaner. some agressive fans can break seats, spoil toilets or other stuff. so you need a locksmith or another specialist. so I suggest insert more stuff members or hire a company, which could clean or fix stadium

The larger the stadium is, the more facilities it will need to keep the fans pleased. After each home game, you have to pay its expenses (the more bars and bathrooms you have, the more you will pay), so in a way, what you propose already happens.

I'm sure in RL, stadiums are insured against fan vandalism lol
