More Player Stats?

would it be possible to have more stats in the game? like assist/corner kicks taken for mids, tackles won/clearances for defenders and saves for keepers?
just though itl be more intresting to look at... lately, ive been looking at the stats and they seem so dull... just goals from forwards and yellow/red cards all over...
doesnt seem to tell me much about my other player... well just a thought...
