adding more tactics during match?

wooulb be great <add some options to tactics for match,
(modifying aggr and attck),
some kind of:
if team losses by 1 then set to ....
it winning by 1,2,etc then
some few options that would perhaps let take more benefits from aggressive players "calming down" them or even a -change player after
first yellow card for not taking risks.
dont have read here about it, sorry if it was a rethought idea
