1. The market is good as it is right now. We are not in socialism to modify things so that all managers have equal chances(by making things as easy as possible).
Players should first learn to play the game, and then they have equal chances with the rest, more or less.
2. Some of the free transfered players don't have their huge salary and bonus by some error.
Besides, I buy players like this if they are good, in fact I just bought one RF past days with salary 60K and BV 30K. It costed me a lot cheaper then a normal waged player would have.
Also the manager that I bought from, I think he made some profit, but hey, my lost for not paying attention to the market.

To Dawron:
1. I do think Warchilde is a better manager then you and if you want we can take a test to prove it. I can also bet on this.
2. His tactics is one of the best SP has, FrrFrr had it at the start of his SP career, I also had part of it(althought I have made a big mistake and stoped transferring quite soon). The only trouble here is that he doesn't have enough patience to complete the tactics because I would have seen him winning A or at least having a good chance at it.
Now, another remark about this game:
I don't think it's so important how fast do you get to some league, at least not for me.
Titles and cups are important and by that I only mean: Uefa, SP Cup, Champions League and Division A. I think it's the right order of their difficulty.
Don't take it personally, it's just a game.
