points for penalty wins
I wonder why no points are given for a win after penalties? This is also a WIN ,it would be realistic if the quallified for the next round(in a friendly cup and also in the SP cup) team gets respectively 2 and 4 points! After all, many tournaments,in real life too,are desided after panalties.

No points are given because those games end in a draw, and draws don't give managers any points. If they hadn't ended drawn, we wouldn't have needed shootouts.

Strictly speaking, kicks from the penalty mark do not result in a match winner. The match remains a draw and the result of the kicks is merely used to select a winner to progress to the next stage of the tournament (or win it in the case of the final). However, in popular usage a team is often said to have "won on penalties", and such matches have their result recorded as (for example): "Team A 2–2 Team B a.e.t, Team B won 5–4 on penalties".
