i was in G but decided to change my strategy, had to rebuild my team which made my team spirit very low and led to losing all games except for 1 in the first half of season 21. The second half was better but didnt make enough pionts which led to relegation.
I ended up spending S21 in G division despite having only had my team for about a week. Needless to say, I got relegated to H. Things look good for this season...
My team's team spirit is abysmal as I've brought in four or five players since the start of Season 22... and my scout's looking at 10 more youngsters .
Anyway, does anyone know how much it will further affect my squad? I'm better (individual players, experience, tactics) than probably 14 of the teams in h.978, but i lost two matches already due to low TS.

well i made about 10 to 15 transactions this season(22) already bringing my TS down to 50% but i play 4 to 5 matches every day and that helps alot to bring it up back to 100% asap.
TS is very inportant in the game but if you have good players, i dont think it will afect u alot in H cause there are alot of computer team and they dont have good players.
But try rase it up asap. and keep your TS between 90 and 100%.
I'm playing in 2 friendly cups, just finished one, and I try to play a few friendlies every week... and its still in the 30-35 range.
It's hard to schedule friendlies when 1 out of 100 is an H-division club. I don't want to waste time playing D,E,F,G sides when I'm putting out my 0-10% experience young players.
It's not even worth a home match for 1000 attendance and little income.
I need to be promoted this season and this is becoming a huge headache.

im 1 in H.1351 i think i have a good team to win G too ...
but i need some rebuildings ...such as i need 2CB - 1 LM and 1 RM ( i want to have young players and sell the old players ) - and i need 1CF ... I think my TS will destroy
anyone here have SPFA ?!

hi, i have a good RM for sale (who is 21 years old, 3% agression) and still not maxed for 1.500.000 instant buy price. Look at Tha_Devils, he never played with 100 moral and stamina isn't trained fully
