Paying For SPFA

Post by Jamiet7 »

I think that you should be able to pay for SPFA by TEXT MESSEGE (SMS)
it would be easyer for us younger or inpacient people to pay from our mobile credit than having to use paypal or other methods.

:) :) :) :)

I'd surely be happy to do this. :D
It's somekind complicated for some people to pay over the net or with bank transfer. Even for me it's complicated, I'm not very pattient, I like things to go very fast and with no complications.
An SMS message is the easiest solution I think, but it should be available for a very big number of countrys.

I voted yes.

Yeah would be a good feature. I agree with cercel, try and get it for other countries too, possibly Australia...

What bugs me about the present pay methods is that they all require a lot of personal data.

I mean, wth does Paypal need my name and adress for if it still uses a credit-card that my bank is vouching for?

I refuse to use Paypal so I used a banktransfer. IT really isn't a big deal if you have homebanking. If you're too young for that, OTOH, I see your problem.

in czech Republic, we have manager foxir and this guy does the payment of us.
you just send the money to his account and email him stating your manager name spfa number and for how long youve paid. this makes spfa payment easy for the czech and slovak managers. if not for him i wouldnt have spfa cause i think the transaction fee is high.
Paying by sms will make things more easier for everyone.

Sounds like a good way to get more SPFA-people.

I don't think it's profitable for SP, paying by SMS... The SMS providers don't provide this service in all countries and the amount what's left for SP is not much.

A possible solution would that the duration of SPFA by SMS would be reduced.

maybe it's already forbidden in most of eu, but if it is not, people can be charged 10euro for 2/3 messages, like the first to order, and 2nd to confirm with M*****-T***** thing

SMS solutions are very costly, not only to set up for us, also the costs related to each payment.

A bank tranfer does not cost anything within the European Union. All you need is our IBAN and BIC number. I'm aware some banks let you pay for it, but according to the European rules it should not cost you anything.
