Would be interested if an experienced manager could give me a helping hand to get to grips with things.

Hi. New player here, and i have a couple of Q's.

I put my guys on a training and havent noticed much of an improvment yet. Whats the best way to train them?

Im trying to get 2 players off of transfers (free). How long does it usually take before i get a result?

I tried a couple of friendly matches and noticed my team isnt quite that good yet. Is it possible to search for managers of my same rating? Possibly get a fair friendly instead of someone 20+ ratings above me?

All the Q's i have- Thanks (R.F)

Best way is manual for me. Start them off on their headskills then choose whatever you like next. Improvement is generally slow with approx 7% improvement per day with a 100% coach.

Free transfers take two days, although I don't recommend you go for free transfers as the salary of free players is huge and often can ruin a team.

As far as I know you cannot do a search based on rating, however you can simply search a random H division and look for a team that has similar rating. Just so you know it's not that important that you lose friendlies, it's more important that you play them at home so you can earn revenue that way.

Thanks for the response pal. I dont have a coach anywhere close to 100%, i sent him on a course and hope to see some results.

Thanks for the friendly remark. I tried to find some friendly's but to no success yet. I will keep trying.

What to do after expiration of ads on my stadium? Why didn't they disappear? Are they forever there?

Do you mean that zero as count of days to expire? Don't worry, it's gonna disappear. zero is just for last uncomplete day.

Is it true when somebody is in a division (e.g. G division) over the 1st line* promotes to higher division (e.g. from G to F division), he who is over the 2nd line and under the 1st line stays in the division (e.g. G division) and he who is under the 2nd line relegates to lower division (e.g. from G to H division)?
Is it possible to relegate from H division to a lower one? Is there any?

Thanks

No, Under H leagues are no I leagues. In season review then there is statement "team x reached 14th position (without relegation)" or something like that. In Czech version it's written so.
