hiring players

It would be nice if it was possible to hire players. There are many teams that have too many players who don't play because they're not good enough or too young, and there are teams that sometimes need players because of an injury or something else. So in my opinion it would be a good idea if it's possible to hire them.
But of course with certain rules, like only hiring 1 player from 1 team, only 2 players per season, only players younger than e.g. 22, only if you have less than 35 players,...

And an option to buy, is something nice too maybe.

I myself have also suggested that some time ago...

This is specially needed by smaller teams..

well also it mean your player gets vaulable experience!

but it also means that there would be less transfers and hence a collapse in the economy. only the top players would command a transfer fee, the rest would only be loaned out to lesser teams.
