OK, strange English. Should I speak Czech? Lack of manners? Is just lack of manners when someone speaks on Czech/Slovak forum Dutch or Flemish? Neither of Czech managers does not speak Czech in Dutch/Belgian forum.

@Kowalskii: Good, you should do the same with 'lenient' and explain it to @rpg_gamer
This discussion is getting out of line and shows why it is not ok to discuss bans on the forum...
Something that should make you think more (but it won't, I am sure) is that there is a diversity of opinions on this topic. Some managers ask for a ban, others for some alternatives penalty, they have an opinion and arguments, they discuss previous cases, they give examples. On the other hand, there is no diversity on the Dutch forum and there are no arguments either: you all have the same opinion (with no arguments, of course) and you are all happy with this.
@Hippopotamus: Let them be man, they watch documentaries about racism on English TV, what could be more ridiculous than that?

Some question for Belgians and Dutch on this forum:
Do you approve Raffin´s negotiations and trades?
For Czechs, Slovaks, Belgians, Dutch (Romanians) on this forum: Stop the war. Let ´s talk factually.

Yeah, some chatting with Tsjechian/Slovak members is very lovely, isn't it? This game have a very lovely community!tomkycz wrote:Uživatelé procházející toto fórum: 9jantje9, Big El, FC The White Caps, Kowalskii, Razvanica, rpg_gamer, tomkycz a 3 návštevníků

On the dutch forum there were several comments with: 'Talking about bans is forbidden on this forum.' But you (and we) are all chatting about the bans here, and Sjarel, or another mod doesn't say: 'Talking about bans is forbidden on this forum.'
that's a little bit strange in my opinion.
Why are you allowed to do that, and are we not?
EDIT: I wasn't going to say anything over here, but if you mention my name, i hav too. i'm so sorry

For Razvanica: Your opinions are very reasonable. But I disagree with the following:
Many managers want answers. And especially in the case cheating winner of A division. Because it WAS CHEATING. Does anyone think anything else? winner of A division. Because it WAS CHEATING. Does anyone think anything else?Razvanica wrote: This discussion is getting out of line and shows why it is not ok to discuss bans on the forum...

You wanted an opinion...
What is the point of this game if everything is limited because of rules? How do you have to make the difference in soccerproject? Not with tactics... the only significant variable is money. By regulating the transfermarket you take the skill of managing out of the game (and the fun?). Maybe you can ban the free market in its whole? Just set fixed prices for all players than its clear. And if you say this is unfair for other managers, nothing stops them to create a network of people themselves where they can trade players for better prices. In my opinion you can see this as a favor of hoeseltVV to FC Raffin thanks to Raffin's networking/managing skills. And strange thing is that only the other nationalities complain, while they do the same thing every season by letting teams win a competition match for example or selling players for relatively low prices (but not as extreme as Raffin's case).
To conclude, these things happen more often than you think but maybe this time the difference was a bit bigger (in comparison to your view of the 'market price').
But let's all be honest, aren't you guys not just pissed because of the fact that we(dutch/belgians) won 3 A titles in a row and if you didn't have stopped him now it would have been more than 3

Big El, there is a difference between looking for answers and spamming three forums with idiotic comments. I have tried to answer your questions here, I have tried to answer the questions on the Dutch forum. I read many comments that I considered very good on this, but discussing racism and corruption in different parts of Europe will not add something useful to the topic.

Re: Šerifské potíže (ban, podvodníci atd.)
Dear Czech and Slovak managers,
I think what you guys do to Raffin is going a little bit too far. It's not nice to bother him. Just keep in mind SP is just a game. I always tell my kids that bothering/plaging/teasing or how you want to call it, is not good. Please leave the penalties to the sherifs and trust they make the right discisions. SP must be fun for every manager, no matter he's from Belgium, Czech Republic, Romania or from Utopia. So please respect each other.
Anyway, I also want to state my point of view about the case:
fact: Raffin and Hoesselt had contact about these 3 players before.
fact: Raffin and Hoesselt made a deal that the players would be transfered to Raffin exclusively
fact: Making deals is not forbidden, as long as the transferprice is according to the market.
fact: Raffin and Hoesselt never talked about the prices. Raffin is not interested in prices, because he has far enough money, so price is not an issue for Raffin.
fact: So there has never been a PRIZE-deal.
The first 3 days on the transfermarket are meant to give anyone the chance to make a bid on players. Why was the prize after 3 days not already a good marketprize? Managers which were interested in these 3 players failed here. If you want a player, always make sure you have the highest (market-related) bid!
Anyway, after 3 days Hoesselt accepted the 3 bids. There is no discussion about the prize-level: Prize were far below market-level. But what could Raffin do about that? Hoesselt accepted his bids, while Raffin wasn't interested in the prize...
So in my opinion Raffin is innocent. Hoesselt made a mistake, so he deserves a punishment. I feel like a ban is a too harsh punishment, but I'm not a sheriff, and they decide...

Maybe because you can not be objective? Only conjecture. I do not know.
