Hi Sjarel,

Managers, stay with SoccerProject.com. The next era kicks off with a new website, a new app, and our biggest game changer: the V2 match engine.

My 2 cents.

All the best.

Thanks for your input, but what I need is a user testifying why he likes SoccerProject. Because we'd rather put real managers on it than made-up quotes. Two or three sentences is plenty: the promotion you didn't see coming, the transfer that changed everything, the youth player who broke through. We'll credit you by manager name and club.

I'm not sure yet about the link, for now I see no options in the new design. I'm sorry.

Let's try this one:
"I started playing SoccerProject in 2004, and 22 years later, I’m still here—that says more than any review could. Building my club over the years has made it feel like more than just a game. I’m especially curious to see what the planned changes to the transfer market and youth development will bring, along with the new V2 match engine."

Thanks! It's a nice tag line, but I'm looking for a personal quote. We need to persuade a first-time visitor this game has been worth it for other people.

"I came looking for something to keep me entertained and to feed my competitiveness, found Soccerproject, 20 years later and I'm still loging in."

Antun vanHout is my manager name, but it was my first over 70BP youth intake name with 99%agressivity. Been using it as my nickname online eversince.

I played the entire season that just ended, averaging one friendly match a day, and ended up with a never-ending list of injured players. Meanwhile, other opponents in the group played four friendlies a day but rarely, if ever, suffered injuries. Sure, there’s a random element involved, but why does it always happen to me?
The bottom line is that there are too many injuries in this game, and they’re often just down to chance.

Another thing I absolutely dislike is something I’d call a "bug" if it weren't actually a legitimate mechanic.

If a team fields 11 players with 97/99 aggression and the referee has, say, 90 aggression, those 11 players will end up booked but none will be sent off. Conversely, if the opponent has two or three aggressive players while the rest are in the 10–20 range, it is highly likely that those three aggressive ones will get sent off. I don't think that's fair.

This is not a bug, but the way the algorithm of this game works.
In short, you have to balance your team's aggression so that each player gets one yellow card. If you have players who deviate from this balance, there is a high probability that they will get two yellow cards or a straight red card.
There are managers who have studied this closely and written about it on the forums—especially the Dutch one.

Cheers
