reason for cancelling a friendly

Post by robborover »

when you say no to a friendly i would be good if you could give a reason like:

my team has low fitness

dont want to play that time/day

i have too many injuries to play another match

any ideas?

When i turn down a friendly, I normally PM them to say why.

Indeed Kameel, we don't need reasons.
But I would like to see this option, because turning down an invitation without saying why just feels rude (onbeschoft! )
And it would be faster then writing a PM, so: good idea!

I never write a pm when I cancel one, I get a lot of cancellations too, without any reason, I think it's useless
If you want to send a pm than do it, if you dont want to, then don't
I mean, when this feature gets activated, do you think managers will care or even open the message when they get the it?
I have my doubts about it

no need to get stressed about it. i just think it makes sense to add a bit more depth and it wouldn't take sjarel and co 5 years to add it into the game.

Why would someone not accept a friendly, anyway? I've never turned one down. If your good players are tired then just roll your scrubs out there.

Even if you lose 13-0, it's good for morale and teamspirit, right?

lol robbo turns down my firendlies all the time, i always feel insulted that he doesn't want to lose but you get over it!

Would be another ok addition but i'd rather the SP staff spent time developing better features.
