Rules breaking - more punishments than ban only !
Hi,
this discussion I'm makng should be mostly for sherrifs.
SP recognizes only one punishment, when someone breaks rules - a ban.
A lot of users, including me, think that this is a serious mistake in SP, because there are more serious and less serious breakings. What I am talking about ? If the sheriffs would agree, I will try with some other managers to make a list of punishments for each breaking of the rules..
I do not think that manager, who accepts a very high offer on his player, deserves a forever ban on his team, the same ban as he would have 5 tunneling teams..

If someone accepts a very high offer, and it's clear that he doesn't know the other manager, a fine is possible.PipkiN wrote: I do not think that manager, who accepts a very high offer on his player, deserves a forever ban on his team, the same ban as he would have 5 tunneling teams..
And if he has multiple teams, he gets a ban of course. I think that's very logical.

I am talking about making a list, where these breaking will be mentioned with different types of punishments - financial, morale fines, bans, etc.. I just want some sherrif to tell me to do it so, because I do not want to make such list and then listen "you made it for nothing, you idea is stupid, no changes will be made" ..

true.i will accept any bid for any of my players coming from any manager....realistic or no.if i have nothing to do with the bidder i have nothing to worry about.if the bidder is your "cousin",or "uncle",or god knows what relatifs is normally to get ban.krcgenk wrote:If someone accepts a very high offer, and it's clear that he doesn't know the other manager, a fine is possible.PipkiN wrote: I do not think that manager, who accepts a very high offer on his player, deserves a forever ban on his team, the same ban as he would have 5 tunneling teams..

normal....you have to read the rules.when you suscribe to this game you are asked:are you agree with the terms and conditions?yes or no.....you read the rules you know that you don;t are allowed to manage more than one team.for me is the same thing.Someone has ban because he has 5 teams
And someone has ban because he did not read rules
that´s not fair

but is not any punishment if you accept a very high offer.if you have nothing to do with the bidder you are clean and is no problem at all.PipkiN wrote:You are not true, unicool.
I cannot agree with you, because there is cheat like having 5 teams, making deals between them, and there is misunderstanding of rules, leading for example to accepting very high offer. This is not the same and the punishment should not be the same !

If you brake the rules you get ban! Thats it! If you dont want ban folow the rules! I dont think punishment should be lighten.. no matter how serious the cheating is!
Ignorance the law does not free from guilt in the court Why should in SP be differentJumbo wrote:Someone has ban because he has 5 teams

I tottaly agree with you Nasko. Ban is the best way. You will be forced even not to think at cheating.Nasko wrote:If you brake the rules you get ban! Thats it! If you dont want ban folow the rules! I dont think punishment should be lighten.. no matter how serious the cheating is!

So if anyone on cheats, ban is the only way to solve the problem.
