don't forget that a real life day is a soccer project week. so your staff would onlt train once every 3 months or so (if only allowed once a season). this would affect the youth player system too. keep the same. there are more important issues to think about.kjekspakke wrote:

And also the courses should be divided intro three groups: local (not much rating gained 3-7%, but cheap 300.000), national (medium rating gained 7- 12%, for a medium price 700.000), and world class (much rating gained 12%-->, but for a high price 1.000.000) ,also a staff member recives 1-3% automaticly each sesaon. this way it would be harder and funnier to get a 100% staff-member.
