I have idea :o) Intertoto Cup - alike SP Uefa and SP CHL ... but only for team from over E divisions .... structure - organiser must have SPFA and he create 4 tournaments for 8 managers and winner of tournaments ( 4 winners ) have promote to a Final Stage ( Organiser create tournament for 4 managers ) and Winner is a king :) sorry for mistake bud my english is not good :) ...

one manager can only create one friendly cup at a time, so you need 4 managers with SPFA or it really will take a considerable amount of time... :lol:

Ehm, 4 x 8 = 32, so it is possible for one manager alone to create such a cup.

Even though Intertoto doesn't work anything like that proposition: there is no such thing as a group stage, and there isn't even a final.
