1. you may get many annoyng mails from any manager. Sometimes he is not rude - so you cant report him, but it is still annoyng. There could be feature to put the manager on the Ignore list, not getting from him any mail, returning him the answer he is ignored.

2. there are two ways of experiencing the matches which happened.
First as it is currently - the last match result on main page - when you clik in you get detail results and then comments how the match was in reality.
The second way could be - you dont see the result on main page. You may do one click and see it traditional way. However if you would make different klik you might see the information in following order
who with who (without result)
wheather, tickets, judge
match commentaries (chances, yellow cards, chances etc.)
summary of players performances
match result
advantages of such report would be, that managers could experience first how was the match and have more "direct touch to the soccer" and in the end there would be the result. Simply this could bring more emotions about chances, goalkeeper saves etc. This could be more fun.
In current status you just see the result too fast you dont experience the match itself, while seeing the result, you dont care much commentaries.
Maybe the result of both ways of reporting is same, but the difference is how you experience it

The idea is very good, but developers, also, should put away ranking table from the home page in that case, because it can tell you the result of the league game.

1st: ignore list would be really welcommed feature
2nd: Most managers would look directly on the result anyway, I think it isn't necessary... and of course, there isn't enough place on the screen!!!
