Why the player oldest 31 years lost 3 points achievement every years?It isn´t real!

Perhaps it isn't REAL, but this gives you certainty about performances. If you would make it REAL there would be a random... that way players could perform at their best until they're 27, or until they're 35. But inserting this kind of uncertainty would make it a hell of a lot harder for the managers to manage their transfers. So for the sake of the game, the creators have put an exact border on age and performance.
