Loans aswell as buying?

I'm just wondering will there ever be a loan feature where you can a player off a team for a certain amount of time?
That issue has been suggested before in following topics: #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8 and possibly others.
The general idea is that loaning multiplies cheating so it won't get implemented, but you may follow those discussions and learn both sides' arguments.
