In some online managers you can see possibility to make two teams. A and B. Your A-team plays normal divisions and B team have special division , or B team is putted to lowest division.
I don´t know, where is problem in your understanding guys ?

I think the idea is to have a senior team that plays in the championship, and a junior team that plays in private leagues (hattrick style). Thats a prety good proposal as it will bring the game closer to reality and improves the managing part of the game, but it has a negative part as well (from my point of view) as this feature will kill the youth players market because it will create an inflation of youth players and so the tranfer market will be flooded with them as the need will drop to almost 0 (no one buys youth players if they have a hole team of them) and so their price will drop as well

I fully agree - the whole point of having slots for friendlies is to give your B (and C and D) teams a chance to play either normal friendly or friendly cup. Indeed rather than going for a new system of B-leagues with all the complications, a better option would be to improve the friendly cup system to make it more attractive, competitive and fair
