Not top 5.

Some managers i know on the game are not in the top 10, but are class managers.

Every manager of that nation should be available to be voted. To make it fair.

And here's my ideea ...the U20 national squad should be made.So that young talented players should have the chance of winning international experience until they are ready for the nt-squad...

The whole national squad should be implemented with the way they are run now.

Under 17's
Under 18's
Under 21's
Senior Squad.

Have different catergries with different managers.

do you mean like different age group world cups if so thats a good idea but i might be a bit to much for the game makers but other wise it a mad idea

It would make it more realistick.

But yes, very difficult to implement. But a good way to take the game further on in improvements.

May be to much, Senior, U21 and perhaps U18 would certainly be enough. We don't want an overload.

Just a suggestion but those 3 mentioned should be the implementation into the game.

The 3 squads with 3 different managers.

Yves, how would you feel being the favourite for the Job as England manager being the best England manager on the game.

It feels like it's the other way around, but if I ever get the chance to get a good job in Liverpool ... My heart will always be there.

Managing a national team is different, I'm just good in buying and selling players, maybe some are better at the tactical side of the game.
