i think it would be a good idea that if you had enough money you could pay off your loan at once or even just pay a certain amount

eg you owe 1 million you can pay 100 000 to reduce the time of your payments

???

yes i think that aswell because some people spend there money and then do not have the money top pay off their loan it would be a great step for soccerproject if this could become in to action
