Hello SoccerProject players!
I have a few questions, and I hope to get some helpful answers from you to improve my progress in the game.
1. Do youth academy players develop faster if they play more friendly matches and league matches? Does this help them grow quicker?
2. Since I play this game for fun and don’t have much time, I set my coach (who is at 100%) to train my players automatically. Can he develop them to their maximum potential, or do I need to train them manually for the best results?
3. How important is team spirit? For example, if my team spirit is at 40%, is there a big difference in match performance compared to having 100% team spirit?
Thanks in advance, and good luck to everyone in your matches!

Re: A few questions
1) They will, but only when it comes to experience, their stats won't increase faster or better as far as we know. They get 0,1xp per friendly game, 0,3 for a league game and 0,5 for a cup game). Their stats won't be affectedCosmynutz wrote: ↑Tue Feb 25, 2025 2:42 pm Hello SoccerProject players!

2) Works perfectly, it makes no difference. I've done both over time and didnt notice noticable differences
3) Teamspirit has a big impact om how the team performs. You can calculate this (and many other things) at https://spinfo-tool.com

Thanks for the answers! So, from what I understand, if you manually train a player and he reaches 88% quality, for example, if you had set the coach to train him automatically, the same player could have also reached 88%. Did I understand correctly?
