Does anybody know the actual formula for Hidden Skill?

he global rating of a player = sum (experience + morale + skills) / 15 + sum (main skills + hidden skill) / 7,5
easy to make in a excel so you can copy a player in it

7,5x global rating of a player = sum (experience + morale + skills) / 2 + main skills + hidden skill
hidden skill = 7,5x global rating of a player - sum (experience + morale + skills) / 2 - main skills
