offer for players that ant on the transfer list

i think you should be able to ofer for players that ant on the transferlist.
then just say your looking throw a team and you see a good player that you like and you carnt get him cause he ant on the tranfer list and if you could offer for them if thay ant then you might av a chance of getting him

i no most of you will dissagre coz thats what you al mostly do.

if you see a player you like and who is not on the list, you can always send a message to the team manager and do an offer. if the offer is high enough, the manager can accept and put the player on the list for the prize you offered. so, what you suggest is already possible.
