MOVING DIVISIONS

Post by lee400 »

WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO MOVE DIVISIONS.
All the soccerproject staff are concerned about fairness of the game, and yet, I found out that my route way up is harder than most other ways. F223 has a very high rating, even as high as some E-divisions. So, I have thought about this, and thought we should be able to move as long as:

 Its at the end of season so people do not cheat,
 We pay a fee, for example, 3 million euros to avoid everyone moving around,
 we will be moving to the same level divisions. For example, if you are in F, you cannot move from F to E, but can move to any other divisions in F,
 There is a gap in the division (an FC Team / computer team).

Have I missed any important points out?
If so, please add your comments.
I will run a poll to see other people's opinions.

Sjarel, Mr SoccerProject developer, please think about this. I think evening same level divisions out will encourage people to play for longer.

Thank you...
Lee

i see your point but wouldn't it be fairer to redistribute the divisions to make the equal in difficulty?

I can understand you, but I don't think that what you want will help the game. Everyone could just pick out an easy division, but soccerproject still has the slogan: "can you manage it?". When you start in G, it's the random that puts you in an easy or difficult division, and I think it's the best if you don't change that :)

Theres just too many issues with picking your own division.
The system at the moment means it may be unfair on some teams but you get stability. You learn about the other teams in your division and plot how to beat them, rather than running away to another league

I understand your points, but the thing is, we play to get better and become more competitive. I am not planning to stay in F223 for the rest of my career, and also, as I mentioned, I think it is unfair that some people can blag saying they are better than me, when they clearly are not.

And, also, I did say that I want there to be a fee to avoid everyone moving divisions. 3 million, my set example, is not the amount to put in a bin!
It is a lot of money, and unless they are very desperate, people will try to avoid moving divisions.

And fikkiezero, the point is, if everyone moves to esay divisions, the division will get harder, and people will move out when they recognise its hard, etc. It will even the hardness of the divisions out, and will make it fair. :D

But people can only replace FC teams or if another team wishes to leave. This means that some divisions can be filled with easy teams and one average team comes in and runs away with the title.
A mixing up of the divisions would be good but i like to get to know the teams in my league and sometimes the managers and if they change each season that would also annoy me.

God knows what the answer is, maybe get yourself a new team? or hang on for your chance to strengthen and win the league.

i think there's 2 ways.

either restart sp again with everyone starting with untrained teams (some games call this a round). or redistribute every division on merit. so all fc teams are pushed downwards.

Well then don't complain, there are options to get you out of a difficult league.

Just wait and keep building. :P

What's wrong with honest. hard work and good management to get your team out of a hard division?

It's not the games fault the teams around you are good. Thats what makes the game good, you have to work your way through problems.

If it happened to me i'd just keep going and strengthening, time is a big factor in the game. especially with youths.

If you could move divisions everyone would be trying to get away from the harder divs.

Just stick with it and things will go well eventually.

Just don't go on holiday, cus you'll come back and find your assistant has wrecked your team.

Thanks mode98, and sorry for my aggressive language earlier...

I will still be logging on in my holiday time, but about once a day or less...
And the youth player idea, I am trying it now.
But at the moment, I dont like it, cuz my team rating went down so much (from 75% to 68%), and also, I spent ALL my budget, well over 10 million, and now, I am in debt to buy more youths...

I dont know why, but why is it that I have to be in some sort of trouble all the time???
So annoying. I get out of my losing run problem, and now the money problem, and also my stadium problem!!!
I get out of one, and there is another one, making me have another very blue day! Or just a crap day.
