good for you. but why marginalise the possible cliental for the game. it's only a game and not worth giving up life for. the whole idea of an internet game is to grab people's attention and have quick results.
if there were some sort of extra filters both people with time and with only a little time could benfit from finding players.
plus there's only so much you can do between simulations anyway. set your team, check news/messages, buy/sell players. wait for simulation and log in again.
so why are you even squabbling over this?

put it this way-
there are about 15,000 managers.
if every team placed one player on the list then that equals 15,000 players at one time.
even if half the teams list one player thats still 7,500 players to search through.
do you play championship manager or football manager? they have filters but i guess (using your logic) they are not good games because you don't manage.

But this is a strong point from SP.
Manage youre own team and everything around it.
If you put some figures in it would be to easy.

filters wouldn't make the game easier as you would still not know whether a player is fully trained or not. the filters would just set a target, like a scout does.
i wouldn't expect many people to have the time to sift through 15,000 teams worth of players.

there are only 8 pages per position and age.

Maybe 10 but not more then 15.

yeah but this is the point age and positions are not the most important factors. ability and price are!

Everyone can manage it, but it would be nice to filter players down to save time. If you have a valid reason why making the game easier is bad please state them.....

Vincent means when those filters are installed in the game , managers dont need to search by themselves to good pleyrs. They just type some numbers and voila they get the players they want. Good managers need to spend alot of time on their accounts and with installing all those handy things it isn't necessary anymore. I like the idea but somewhere i can agree with vincent. Sp is becoming more and more a game where you need to spend 5-10 minutes and you're finished for today .. (technically then , dont say that it is like that)
